HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR Applications are now being taken in the Human Resources Office for the following position: HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR REPORTS TO: VP/General Manager DUTIES: Business partner responsible for all HR functions, including Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Training & Organizational Development, Legal, Compliance, Public Relations, Payroll, Communications, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment & Staffing, HRIS, etc. Interact and bargain on a regular basis with UFCW regarding a wide range of grievances and contract interpretation. Negotiate labor agreements. Develop and execute strategic plans on organizational development, turnover and absenteeism reduction, staffing, recruiting, public relations, contract negotiations, etc. Provide guidance, support and counsel to facility in areas such as: performance management, policy interpretation, disciplinary action, workplace investigations of employee complaints, etc. Ensure company's compliance with federal and state employment law, company policies and labor contract, limiting company's legal exposure. Manage various HR programs such as: 360 reviews, Performance Reviews, Exit Interviews and Goal Tracking and Trending. Conduct management needs inventory and develop training curriculums accordingly. Ensure effective recruitment and selection strategies; staffing and retention of the best workforce possible. Develop policies and procedures and ensure adherence to and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong coaching and leadership skills Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field 6

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
