Avera is currently seeking a Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) - Nursing Site looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.

Job
Summary:
Assists the clinic manager, clinic director and facility provider with administrative duties as assigned.
Assists in the examination and treatment of patients following established standards and practices as directed by the provider and his/her supervising physician.
Experience & Licensure/Certification Eligible for or currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in South Dakota.
Certification in the following required:
BLS/CPR certification is mandatory within 6 months of employment.
Completion of the Avera Limited X-Ray Machine Operation (LXMO) program within 2 years of employment; Breath Alcohol Technician; Drug Screen Collections within one month of employment.
Additional certifications specific to department needs will be required throughout employment.
Previous working experience in a clinic environment required, preferably Urgent Care.
Occupational medicine, emergency, surgical, family practice or internal medicine acceptable.
Must be competent in phlebotomy skills, and highly proficient in computer skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:
00am-5:
00pm, occas wknd/hol; 80hrs/2wksSalary:
$30 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
