As a RN Clinic Manager, coordinate day-to-day operations in cooperation with clinic leaders.

Job Summary The RN Clinic Manager is accountable for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Avera Medical Group Oncology Clinic and Infusion Center as well as Radiation Oncology Clinic within the Avera Cancer Institute Mitchell.
Responsible for coordinating a level of communication between nursing staff, physicians, administrative staff and all other clinical departments to create a positive outcome for clinic staff and patients.
Serves as a member of the oncology leadership team including collaboration with leaders across the oncology service line.
Works closely with the Director and clinic staff to ensure communications are maintained and strategic initiatives are being addressed.
Education and/or Experience Associate's Degree Required.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Two years in management/supervisor role required.
Healthcare background preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
Oncology certification required within 2 years of hire.
Chemotherapy/biotherapy provider certification obtained within 1 year of hire.
Radiation Safety Training completed within 1 year of hire.
