Manufacturing Reliability Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement the annual strategic objectives and budget for the reliability and maintenance organization to support the directives for the plant and monitor performance and cost effectiveness to meet goals.
Accountable for all site maintenance (routine and turnarounds) and reliability projects.
Analyze maintenance and reliability processes and methods, establish and document maintenance process standards, monitor deviations and root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure the equipment reliability aspects of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and availability performance is on trajectory to meet and/or exceed established targets using recommended KPIs Review and provide input on equipment and process design to ensure world class reliability with engineering principles, company standards, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness.
Develop and implement plan to work from break-fix maintenance toward asset maintenance, preventative maintenance, and autonomous care.
Maintain awareness of improved and competitive technologies to enhance the company's competitive position in the marketplace.
Participate, develop, and implement Training Programs and new methods and systems to improve efficiency on key equipment.
Provide leadership to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains the best people and fosters an environment which motivates a diverse team to fully use its capabilities in achieving desired business results.

in related engineering discipline preferred or demonstrated knowledge and experience.

years of manufacturing experience is required and previous experience in maintenance reliability engineering / practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must have proven troubleshooting, process improvement capabilities, and excellent project management skills.
Must have a strong desire to be on the shop floor to work directly with the maintenance teams at the plants.
Experience using CMMS and ERP software.
Ability to organize and plan, delegate, lead, and inspire people, and maintain effective influence while driving breakthrough thinking and results.
Broad knowledge and extensive experience in business and asset management, including the successful management of major organizations/functions or projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of engineers, managers, customers, vendors and employees.

WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently exposed to moving machinery, outside weather conditions, and extreme heat.
The employee is occasionally exposed to high places and toxic or caustic chemicals.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
